Shipping Policy
Where We Ship
We currently fulfill and ship orders to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories within the United States domestic network only. We do not process international shipments at this time.
Processing
Once your order is placed, our team takes 1–2 business days to carefully verify, pack, and prepare your items. Orders received after 2:00 PM ET on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
All orders are delivered through trusted national carriers. Depending on your location and the size of your parcel, we select the most reliable option from carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Transit Time
Standard shipping transit time within the United States is 3–5 business days after the processing period. The total estimated delivery window is therefore 4–7 business days from the moment you submit your order.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is free on all orders. There is no minimum purchase required and no hidden delivery fees at checkout.
Tracking
As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. If you do not receive tracking details within 2 business days, please reach out to us at info@demoniacullts.com.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we work with reliable carriers, unexpected delays can happen. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days or the parcel appears to be lost, contact our support team immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as swiftly as possible, including reshipment or a full refund when appropriate.
