Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, unfortunately we cannot accept a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible, items must meet these conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Products returned due to a manufacturing defect or quality issue are accepted even if tags have been temporarily removed, provided the fault is clearly demonstrated.
- Sale or final-clearance items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Free & Easy Returns
Returns within the United States are completely free. We do not charge restocking fees or return shipping costs. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided by our team.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@demoniacullts.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Our customer service team will reply with a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label.
- Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, attach the label, and drop the parcel at the indicated carrier location.
- Please retain the drop-off receipt until your return is fully processed.

Refund Processing
Once your returned package is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. This processing step is completed within 1–2 business days. Please note that after the refund is initiated, your bank or card issuer may take an additional 7–10 business days to post the funds to your account. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund has been processed on our end.
Exchanges
We handle exchanges as a new order to ensure the fastest possible delivery. Simply initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired product. If the original item arrived damaged or defective, contact us directly so we can arrange a priority replacement at no extra cost.
